Rx Files Renewal Information

We are pleased to once again be able to offer CSHP NL branch members a  complimentary subscription to RxFiles for the 2021-2022 year.  See below for instructions on how to register!

RxFiles for CSHP NL Branch Active Members

If you are member of a group partnership with individual username sign in please do the following steps:

1.  Go to www.rxfiles.ca and sign up for new account with username and password.  If you already have an account with username and password you have used previously, please continue to use this username and password and just “login”.

2.  Click on “join a partnership group” link in the right hand corner of the membership box once you are signed in with your username

3.  Click on NL-CSHP 2021-22.

4.  Your name will be sent to me for verification and I will check it against the list provided by your governing body and then send you an email indicating your subscription has been activated.  This can take up to 48 hrs.

5.  Since this subscription now is tied also to the new RxFilesPLUS app, then go to Apple iTunes or Google Play Store and download the RxFilesPLUS (here is link via the Apple Store or Google Play)

(free download, but content only works with a valid online subscription).  The same RxFiles username and password that you set up at www.RxFiles.ca , will give you full access to the RxFilesPLUS app (not your apple or google id/password).

The RxFilesPLUS App is for the 12th Edition Drug Comparison Charts only – the other resources are not available on the RxFilesPLUS App, but are available online. 

  • Please note, the App requires online subscription access at least once every three months in order to preserve full functionality if your access to the app is through a group IP Recognition Subscription.   This can be accomplished by simply logging out and logging back in with your username/password, or via a site with automatic subscription IP authentication.
  • As a reminder, you might want to touch the “Check for Updates” button every three to six months to ensure the app contains more recent versions of the charts.  If updates are available, depending on your internet connection, it may take a few minutes to download.
