- Agenda, AGM meeting minutes, reports (president, treasurer, delegate, advocate) will be distributed by the branch email to all members prior to the event
- Printed copies of reports, presentations, etc will NOT be available at the event.
- We will be doing a 50/50 draw as a fundraiser for the CSHP Foundation. Tickets will be $2 each or 3 for $5. Tickets will be sold throughout the day (cash only) and the draw will take place at the end of the day. The winner MUST BE PRESENT to claim the prize. In the event that a ticket is drawn, and the winner is not present, the ticket will be discarded and another ticket drawn.
- Some of our event sponsors will be present and will have a display booth at the event. Everyone who attends in person will be provided with a “sponsor card” that, once signed by all sponsors, can be entered into a draw for a coffee card.
