We are pleased to invite all our NL branch members to the CSHP NL Branch AGM and CE Event which will take place in-person at the Hungry Heart Café, 142 Military Road (as well as via zoom) on Thursday May 18th, 2023.

8:00pm – Spring Continuing Education Event (Frank Walsh – Collaborative Practice) (1 hour)

AGM Documents:
Agenda, semi-annual meeting minutes and branch council and committee reports will be circulated one week prior to the event.
- Attendees can use the parking lot behind the cafe, however there is limited space, so carpooling or drop-off is recommended where possible.
- There is also a small City of St. John’s parking lot in the middle of Rawlin’s Cross.
- All attendees registered for the in-person event will be provided with options for supper at the Hungry Heart Cafe. A form for meal selections will be distributed and must be returned to CSHP NL Branch by May 10, 2023.
- For pharmacist members with a primary work-place in Western Zone, Central Zone or Rural Eastern Health Zone, a gift card will be emailed to you prior to the event such that you can “join” us for the meal. You will be contacted to arrange this. Pharmacists in Eastern Health Urban Zone are not eligible for a gift card if attending virtually.
- The capacity for the in-person event is 30 persons. Priority will be given to CSHP members and invited guests until May 10, 2023, after which seats will be filled based on first-come first-serve. After capacity is reached, registrants will be contacted to arrange for them to attend virtually instead.
- The event is FREE to CSHP members
- For NON-members attending in person, the cost is $70 for pharmacists and $60 for students and technicians
- For NON-members attending only the virtual event (and not attending in person), the cost is $35 for pharmacists and $30 for students and technicians
